Forest Gate is Single Student Housing located just a few blocks from Utah State University. We currently have openings for the 2010-11 school year, as well as summer contracts available. The rent for the entire school year (Aug. - May) is $2350 for a small bedroom, or $2650.00 for a large bedroom when paid in full by August 15. The rent includes all utilities, furniture, wireless high-speed internet, and cable TV. The security deposit is $200 and their is no application fee if done in person. Do apply online costs $15.00. Choose from our private rooms in spacious three or four bedroom apartments. There is a coin-operated laundry facility on the property and the three bedroom apartments have washer/dryer hookups. Forest Gate has a great social environment, has very responsive management and is only a few blocks from campus with grocery stores and bus stops nearby.
